Jacqui runs beginners’ Bowen Technique (Bowtech) courses in Scotland and England, plus advanced modules and CPD workshops across the UK and Netherlands, where she lives with her family.
One of the first therapists to qualify when Bowtech was introduced to Scotland in the late Nineties, she subsequently trained as an instructor and was an early advocate of our Training Ambassador (TA) scheme. TAs, as well as instructors, offer a one-day introductory workshop for potential therapists, encouraging them to sign up for a full beginners’ training course.
She told us: “Bowen is an extraordinary therapy with the power to effect great change, both physical and emotional. I have added many new modalities since, but in my experience, Bowen still offers the most outstanding results. I am passionate about raising awareness of this wonderful therapy and my hope is that as fascia work is now more recognised, Bowen therapy will gain even greater acceptance, enabling us to help even more people.”
Jacqui incorporates intuition into many aspects of her work, running intuition and revision workshops as well as Art ‘n’ Soul retreats where Bowen therapy also plays a part.
